Page 1, line 12, after "plate" insert "that was issued on or after January 1, 1997"
Line 13, after "expires" insert "if there are monies in the license plate reissuance fund established by section 28-2469 to cover the cost of reissuing the plate. The department shall prioritize the reissuance so that the oldest license plates are reissued before newer license plates. License plates shall continue to be replaced pursuant to this paragraph as monies become available in the license plate reissuance fund established by section 28-2469"
