FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

1. Requires non-native noxious growths or non-native invasive vegetation that are eradicated to be replaced by a native plant variety that is not considered a noxious growth nor invasive vegetation and that is endemic to that area.

      "B. ANY NON-NATIVE NOXIOUS GROWTH OR NON-NATIVE INVASIVE VEGETATION THAT IS ERADICATED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION SHALL BE REPLACED BY A NATIVE PLANT VARIETY THAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A NOXIOUS GROWTH NOR INVASIVE VEGETATION AND THAT IS ENDEMIC TO THAT AREA."
