"Sec. 105 Appropriation; superintendent of public instruction; teacher salary increases

A. The sum of $428,200,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the superintendent of public instruction for teacher salary increases.

B. The legislature intends that the appropriation in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years."
