"Sec. 144. Reduction in college credit by examination incentive program in fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024; appropriation in fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024; classroom site fund

A. In addition to any other appropriation reductions made in fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, notwithstanding any other law, the department of education shall defer $2,500,000 of the college credit by examination incentive program during each of fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.

B. In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, the sum of $2,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 to the classroom site fund, established by section 15-977, Arizona Revised Statutes."

For the next three fiscal years, redirects the $2,500,000 in additional funding provided to the College Credit by Examination Incentive Program to the Classroom Site Fund.
