"2. "Disability" means a physical or mental impairment that is expected to substantially limit one or more major life activities of an unborn child, including limited life expectancy as a result of a diagnosis in utero, a physical or mental impairment that presently limits one or more major life activities of a person, born or unborn, or has a history or record or such an impairment, or a person who is perceived by others as having such an impairment."
