Page 1, line 9, after “CAPACITY” insert “LIMITED TO PATIO UMBRELLAS, TABLES, CHAIRS, NON-ELECTRIC COOLERS AND HEATERS. THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE PRICE OF THIS EQUIPMENT MAY NOT EXCEED $1500 IN A twenty-four-MONTH PERIOD PER RETAILER BY A SUPPLiER”
After line 23, insert:
"Sec 2. Delayed repeal
Section 4-230, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after July 31, 2023."
