AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the university of arizona.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; University of Arizona; college of mining

The sum of $4,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the University of Arizona for costs associated with a college of mining, including operations costs, expansion costs, staff and student support, learning infrastructure and student outreach, recruitment and retention.
