appropriating monies to the department of water resources.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of water resources; Fredonia flood project

The sum of $3,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of water resources to distribute to the town of Fredonia for costs associated with the Fredonia flood retarding structure project.
