AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of administration; financing agreement

The sum of $65,750,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of administration to pay for the retirement or defeasance of the financing agreement entered into pursuant to Laws 2016, chapter 119, section 24.
