HOUSE BILL 2755

AN ACT

appropriating monies to the Arizona arts trust fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona arts trust fund

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Arizona arts trust fund established by section 41-983.01, Arizona Revised Statutes. The monies shall be used for grants to assist the arts industry in reopening and recovering from the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.
