AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of water resources.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of water resources; study; potential sources of water

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of water resources to study potential sources of water for use in this state.
