AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Supplemental appropriation; department of economic security; child care services

A.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020‑2021, the sum of $88,000,000 is appropriated from the child care development fund block grant in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of economic security for child care services.

B.  The department of economic security may spend the monies appropriated in subsection A of this section in fiscal years 2020‑2021 and 2021‑2022.
