AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; Loop 101 slip ramp access

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to distribute to the City of Tolleson for the Loop 101 slip ramp access project.
