AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; overpass

The sum of $35,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to construct an overpass at Riggs Road and State Route 347.
