FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Allows the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy (ASBP) to waive rules necessary to implement the requirements of the Acute Care Services Pilot Program (Pilot Program).
2. Requires hospitals participating in the Pilot Program to comply with any reporting requirements established by the ASBP.
3. Adds an emergency clause.
