FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

1. Adds drug testing that includes a DNA match to the person and the level of any prescription drugs to services offered in the Mental Health Transition Pilot Program (Program).

2. Clarifies to be eligible for the Program an inmate be diagnosed as seriously mentally ill and on release from prison be eligible for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System benefits.

3. Makes a technical change.
