FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Requires that respite providers be given a list of a child’s medications, allergies and emergency contact information.
2. Exempts specified behavioral health facilities and outpatient clinics from licensure requirements related to tuberculosis screening, medication and food menu displays for children who receive respite care at a facility for fewer than 5 consecutive days and fewer than 12 days total within a 90-day period.
3. Makes conforming, technical and clarifying changes.
