"Sec. 4. State lottery fund; appropriations; Arizona state parks heritage fund
A. Of the monies remaining in the state lottery fund established by section 5-571, Arizona Revised Statutes, each fiscal year after appropriations and deposits authorized in section 5-572, subsections A and B, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, the sum of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2021-2022 and, the sum of $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2022-2023 are appropriated from the state lottery fund to the Arizona state parks heritage fund established by section 41-502, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act.
B. The requirements prescribed in section 5-572, subsections C and D, Arizona Revised Statutes, apply to the appropriations made in this section."
