AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Prohibits a rabies
antibody titer from being accepted in lieu of an initial rabies vaccination or
first booster vaccine.
2. Requires a rabies
antibody titer to be drawn annually in determining whether to administer the
titer in lieu of a rabies booster vaccination.
3. Defines adequate
immune response to mean the level established by World Health Organization
guidelines.
4. Makes technical and
conforming changes.
