FLOOR
AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Adds to the definition advanced
recycling facility that the facility:
a)
is subject to
routine inspections by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ)
to ensure compliance; and
b)
must provide
a one-time notice of location to ADEQ upon the opening of a new facility.
2. Stipulates that post-use polymers
are not solid wastes or municipal wastes, rather than do not
include solid or municipal wastes.
