"E. Grant recipients of the adult education community college coenrollment grant program shall annually report the following to the department:
1. The number of adult learners enrolled in the program.
2. The program completion rate of adult learners enrolled in the program.
3. The average progress of program participants towards meeting completion criteria.
4. The number and type of industry-recognized credentials earned by adult learners enrolled in the program.
5. A descriptive summary of the adult education community college coenrollment grant program offered."
