Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Appropriation; Interstate 10; Marana; construction
A. The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation to distribute to the town of Marana to reconstruct Tangerine Road from Dove Mountain Boulevard to Interstate 10."
