Page 5, between lines 6 and 7, insert:
"R. If there are monies remaining in the project rocket fund at the end of a fiscal year, at the direction of the state board of education, the department of education shall distribute from the fund onetime grants of $150 per student to schools with the lowest letter grades pursuant to section 15‑241, Arizona Revised Statutes, that are not receiving federal comprehensive support and improvement grant monies or targeted support and improvement grant monies and that have a student enrollment of two hundred or less. Schools with the lowest letter grades and lowest enrollment shall be first to receive the funding under this subsection."
