AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of health services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of health services; long-term care facility surveyors

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020‑2021, the sum of $3,300,000 and 44 FTE are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020‑2021 to the department of health services to hire additional long‑term care facility surveyors.
