"Sec. 2. Title 15, chapter 7, article 4.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-779.05, to read:
15-779.05. Appropriations; department of education; additional assistance for gifted programs
The sum of $2,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 and each fiscal year thereafter to the department of education for additional assistance for gifted programs pursuant to section 15-779.03."
