Page 1, between lines 21 and 22, insert:
"C. If an accredited public high school offers a course or instructional program in which an in-person proctored final exam does not account for a significant portion of the pupil's grade in the course or instructional program, the accredited public high school shall notify any pupil who enrolls in the course or instructional program and the pupil's parent that the credits earned by the pupil in the course or instructional program might not transfer to another school."
