AN ACT

 

appropriating monies; relating to the Arizona health care cost containment system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; AHCCCS; incentive payments; postpartum visits

The sums of $1,000,000 from the state general fund and $2,448,275 from medicaid expenditure authority are appropriated in fiscal year 2020‑2021 to the Arizona health care cost containment system administration for incentive payments for increasing enrollee six‑week postpartum visit rates.
