AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 7, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-701.02; relating to school instruction.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 7, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-701.02, to read:
15-701.02. Science academic standards; climate change
The science academic standards adopted by the state board of education pursuant to sections 15-701 and 15-701.01 must include instruction on climate change using the 2013 next generation science standards.
