AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Ganado School Loop Road

The sum of $908,300 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation to distribute to Apache county for the construction repairs and upgrades of County Road C‑420 Ganado School Loop Road.
