AN ACT
Amending Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 36-2901.10; relating to the Arizona health care cost containment system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-2901.10, to read:
36-2901.10. Eligibility determination; income
Notwithstanding any other law, the administration shall use the average of six months of income to determine a person's eligibility pursuant to this article.
