AN ACT

 

Repealing Sections 36‑2233, 36‑2235, 36‑2236, 36‑2237, 36‑2238, 36‑2246 and 36‑2247, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to emergency medical services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

Sections 36‑2233, 36‑2235, 36‑2236, 36‑2237, 36‑2238, 36‑2246 and 36‑2247, Arizona Revised Statutes, are repealed.

Sec. 2.  Conforming legislation

The legislative council staff shall prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes to the provisions of this act for consideration in the fifty‑fifth legislature, first regular session.
