AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; north-south corridor; tier 2 study

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation for a tier 2 study related to the north-south corridor transportation project in Pinal county.
