AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations; department of administration; capital projects; Greasewood Springs Chapter

The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of administration to distribute to the Navajo Nation for the following capital projects for the Greasewood Springs Chapter:

1.  $2,004,167 to prepare an economic development plan and construct a convenience store.

2.  $1,650,000 for architecture, engineering and construction services for the Little Pueblo Colorado Wash Bridge.

3.  $345,833 to plan, design and engineer a public safety facility.
