AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of environmental quality.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of environmental quality; water reclamation and wastewater treatment infrastructure

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of environmental quality to distribute to the city of Glendale for costs associated with the construction of water reclamation and wastewater treatment infrastructure in the vicinity of Luke Air Force Base in Maricopa county.
