AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the Arizona state parks board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; Arizona state parks board; regional park

The sum of $5,300,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Arizona state parks board to distribute to the city of Prescott to purchase property to establish a regional park in Yavapai county.
