"d. a corporate entity may not operate a vacation rental or short‑term rental in a residential zone UNLESS OTHERWISE authorized by a city or town.
e. The owner of a multifamily housing property that is subject to title 33, chapter 10 may not rent more than twenty-five percent of the housing units as vacation rentals or short-term rentals unless otherwise authorized by a city or town.
f. the maximum number of occupants allowed in a vacation rental or short-term rental PROPERTY at any one time is limited to the lesser of the occupancy limit established by the city or town or not more than two persons per bedroom, up to four bedrooms, plus two additional adults per one thousand square feet of LIVABLE space in excess of three thousand square feet of LIVABLE space of the residence."
