AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Reinstates the
statutory definition of engineer and renames engineer as professional
engineer.
2. Removes, from the
modified definition of engineer, the criteria that a person be qualified
to practice engineering.
3. Removes the
authorization of the Arizona Board of Technical Registration to designate
licensure in a specific engineering discipline or branch.
4. Makes a conforming
change.
