AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Specifies
the Department of Economic Security may only distribute the monies after the
city of Cottonwood, the nonprofit entity or both commit to provide property,
goods or services for the program.
2. States
the city of Cottonwood is to distribute the monies to an established nonprofit
entity that has experience dealing with the issues of homelessness in the area.
