Page 1, between lines 23 and 24, insert:
"C. The installation of a diaper changing station under this section must provide sufficient clear floor space to comply with the requirements of the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act standards for accessible design."

Page 2, lines 4 and 5, after the second quotation mark strike "has the same meaning prescribed in section 41-1492." insert "means any:
(a) State or local government.
(b) Department, agency, special purpose district or other instrumentality of a state or local government, including the Legislature."
Between lines 12 and 13, insert:
"5. "2010 Americans with Disabilities Act standards for accessible design” means the 2010 standards for state and local government facilities title ii including both the title ii regulations in 28 Code of federal regulations section 35.151 and the 2004 Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility guidelines for buildings and facilities in 36 code of federal regulations part 1191, appendices b and d as published by the department of justice in the federal register."
