Page 1, line 10, after "facility" strike remainder of line and insert "to which the detention officer is assigned and is acting in their official capacity, and the person is under law enforcement supervision or investigation."
Strike line 11 insert "3. at a state, justice or municipal court facility to which the detention officer is assigned and is acting in their official capacity."
