Page 87, between lines 37 and 38, insert:
"Sec. 148. Appropriations; housing trust fund; fiscal years 2019‑2020 through 2021‑2022
In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal years 2019‑2020, 2020‑2021 and 2021‑2022, the following sums in the following fiscal years are appropriated from the state general fund to the housing trust fund established by section 41‑3955, Arizona Revised Statutes:
1. $20,000,000 in fiscal year 2019‑2020.
2. $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2020‑2021.
3. $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2021‑2022."
