HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2590

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Appropriation; temporary groundwater and irrigation
efficiency projects fund; reversions
A. The sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the temporary groundwater and irrigation efficiency projects fund established by section 45-615.01, Arizona Revised Statutes.
B. All monies remaining unencumbered on December 31, 2021 from this appropriation revert to the state general fund."
