(a) $2,500,000 if the department of education awarded less than $2,500,000 to program participants pursuant to this section in fiscal year 2019-2020.
(b) $5,000,000 if the department of education awarded at least $2,500,000 to program participants pursuant to this section in fiscal year 2019-2020."

(a) The amount deposited pursuant to paragraph 2 of this section if the department of education awarded less than that amount to program participants pursuant to this section.
