"Sec. 5. Title 15, chapter 1, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-189.06, to read:
15-189.06. Charter schools; voting eligibility; purchases from board member
Notwithstanding any other law, the governing bodies of charter schools and charter school holders and the members of those governing bodies are subject to the requirements and limits prescribed in section 15‑323 in the same manner as school district governing boards and members of school district governing boards."
