Between lines 25 and 26, insert:
"B. If the voluntary payments made from political subdivisions under the graduate medical education programs established pursuant to section 36‑2903.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, are less than $88,581,500 in fiscal year 2019‑2020, the appropriation made in subsection A, paragraph 1 of this section shall be reduced by an amount equal to that difference."
