Page 1, line 6, after the first "of" insert "the following members:

1."

Between lines 11 and 12, insert:

"2.  Five members of the senate, who are appointed by the president of the senate, three of whom shall be members of the majority party and two of who shall be members of the minority party.  The president of the senate shall designate one of these members to serve as the vice chairperson of the study committee."

Line 16, after "representatives" insert "and the senate"

Lines 18 and 21, after "representatives" insert "and the president of the senate"
