FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

1.    Excludes a consumer's financial information on a credit application or a dealer's individualized notes about a consumer which are not related to a transaction from being included in required manufacturer data.

2.    Removes the exclusion of protected dealer data from the definition of required manufacturer data.
