FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Increases, from 5 to 10, the number of extensions of premises the Director of DLLC is authorized to issue through the Pilot Program.
2. Prohibits an extended premises from including a private roadway unless it is closed to vehicular traffic.
