After line 39, insert:
"10. engineers or architects who are licensed pursuant to title 32, chapter 1.
11. Any real estate profession regulated pursuant to title 32, chapter 20.
12. Mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, commercial mortgage bankers or loan originators who are licensed or registered pursuant to title 6, chapter 9."
Amend title to conform
