Clarifies the period of time that
constitutes the first day when computing time.
History
The time in which an act is required to be done is computed by excluding the first day and including the last day unless the last day is a holiday, then it is also excluded (A.R.S. § 1-243).
Provisions
1. Specifies that any fraction or portion of the 24-hour period from midnight to midnight constitutes the first day when computing the period in which an act is required to be completed. (Sec. 1)
